Words cannot describe the experience we had being a part of Ally & Doug’s wedding day in Wildes Meadow. Of course we had met with them a few months earlier at our place in Newtown and were immediately moved by their contagious smiles and enthusiasm about their upcoming wedding but nothing could have prepared us for such an incredible festival of colours and emotion. Our hearts melted away as we witnessed Doug’s reaction to his bride walking down the aisle helped by her dad and grandfather to the sound of a fiddle. The stormy weather and autumnal colours only added to the magic of the day. As we walked up into the hills for portraits, the sun pierced through the clouds, offering us an unforgettable light show. This Scottish Highland-themed celebration will stay with us for a long time, so we will let you discover the rest for yourself.
